SA pagdiriwang ng ika-8 founding anniversary ng National Youth Movement for the West Philippine Sea (NYMWPS), magsasagawa ito ng panibagong virtual conference hinggil sa kalagayan ng West Philippine Sea.
Ang NYMWPS, isang non-partisan at transglobal organization na nag-aadbokasiya ng soberanya ng bansa, ay nag-aanyaya sa publiko na tunghayan ang ika-12 Virtual International Conference on South China (West Philippine) Sea sa pamamagitan ng zoom webinar sa Sabado, Setyembre 30, 2023, alas-10 ng umaga hanggang ala-1 ng hapon.
Ang nasabing webinar na may temang “Seven Years After Arbitral Award: Peace, Economy, Stability, and Security in the South China ( West Philippine ) Sea and the World” ay tatalakay sa patuloy na pakikipaglaban ng Pilipinas sa WPS, ayon kay Dr. Celia Lamkin, founder at global chairperson ng nasabing organisasyon.
Kabilang sa guest speaker ay si dating Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonio T. Carpio.
