ITINALAGA ni Pangulong Bongbong Marcos si Alan Tanjusay, spokesman ng labor group na TUCP, at kolumnista ng Pinoy Publiko, bilang undersecretary ng Department of Social Welfare ang Development.
Bago naging kaanib ng grupong TUCP na nagsusulong ng karapatan at kapakanan ng mga manggagawang Filipino, isang mamamahayag si Tanjusay.

“I am grateful to President Marcos for allowing me to serve one of our vulnerable sectors in another capacity in particular the rebel returnees, their families, the conflict-affected and vulnerable indigenous peoples’ communities including the women and children in geographically isolated areas.
“I am honored to oversee and to further implement government caring services and targeted programs uniquely prepared by our driven DSWD officers and staff for these vulnerable sectors,” ayon kay Tanjusay.
Itinalaga si Tanjusay DSWD Office of Undersecretary for Inclusive and Sustainable Peace (OUSISP).
Kabilang si Tanjusay sa ALU at TUCP na nagsulong kamakailan ng wage increase petition sa maraming rehiyon sa bansa. Kinilala rin siya sa maigting niyang kampanya laban sa compulsory wearing ng high-heeled shoes sa mga workplaces.
