SINABI ni Liberal Party (LP) President at Albay Rep. Edcel Lagman na dapat itigil ang panghihimasok sa privacy ng mga miyembro ng media.
“Crusading journalists need police protection from threats and harm, not police intrusion into their privacy,” sabi ni Lagman.
Inihalintulad pa ni Lagman ang ginagawa ng mga pulis sa operatiom tokhang noong panahon ni dating pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
“These veiled harassments must be stopped as they constitute attempts at prior restraint on the freedom of expression,” dagdag pa ni Lagman.
