‘Divine intervention’ ‘di pagdalo ni Pacquiao sa Manila Pen press con

NANINIWALA ang kampo ni presidential candidate Senador Manny Pacquiao na may “divine intervention” na naganap kung kayat hindi nakadalo ang opisyal sa kontrobersyal na press conference sa Manila Peninsula nitong nakaraang Lingo.

Sinabi ng campaign manager ni Pacquiao na si Buddy Zamora na hindi na nakahabol ang senador sa press conference ng mga kapwa presidential candidates na sina Manila Mayor Isko Moreno, Senador Panfilo Lacson at dating national security adviser Norberto Gonzales, matapos makaranas ng air traffic congestion sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

Bukod sa mga presidential candidates, dumalo rin sa nasabing press conference sina vice presidential aspirants Senate President Vicente Sotto III at Dr. Willie Ong.

Idinagdag ni Zamora dadalo sana si Pacquiao sa presscon kayat agad itong bumalik sa Maynila mula sa General Santos City.

Inamin ni Zamora na hindi ipinaalam sa kanila ang kanya sanang pagdalo.

“I was relieved. So I think the choice was we call it divine intervention that he was not able to make it, he was actually in the air circling around waiting for the instructions to land but unfortunately he was able to land just before 2 pm and that the presser had already finished,” sabi ni Zamora.

Aniya, hindi suportado ni Pacquiao ang panawagan ni Moreno na umatras si Vice President Leni Robredo sa kanyang kanditatura.
