SINABI ng Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC) na nagkaaberya ang operasyon ng Light Rail Transit- (LRT-1) Biyernes ng umaga dahil sa depektibong tren.
“At around 5:55am, LRT-1 experienced a defective pantograph for a Gen-3 train set between Libertad and EDSA Stations (southbound) which resulted to limited operations running from Gil Puyat to Roosevelt Stations (and vice versa) only,” sabi ng LRMC.
Idinagdag ng LRMC na nasa lugar na ang engineering team ng LRT-1 para matanggal ang depektibong tren para maibalik ang normal na operasyon ng mga tren.
