DUMAGUETE’s pride Kenneth Cabungcal made the country proud anew after finishing Fourth Runner-Up in the Mister Supranational 2025 pageant held in Poland over the weekend.
Cabungcal secured a spot in the Top 5 just a day after Baguio’s Tarah Valencia placed Third Runner-Up in the Miss Supranational competition.
France’s candidate was crowned Mister Supranational 2025, while the rest of the court included Curacao (First Runner-Up), Mexico (Second Runner-Up), and Nigeria (Third Runner-Up).
Like in the female competition, Mister Supranational also named Continental Ambassadors. The winners were South Africa for Africa, Venezuela for the Americas, Indonesia for Asia, Puerto Rico for the Caribbean, and Czech Republic for Europe.
This marks Cabungcal’s second international pageant placement. He was previously named First Runner-Up in the 2024 Man of the World contest, where he lost to Venezuela’s Sergio Azuaga.
A civil engineering graduate, Cabungcal earned the right to represent the country in Mister Supranational after winning Mister Pilipinas Worldwide 2025.
In the final Q&A round, he paid tribute to his parents, both fish vendors, saying, “The reason I stand here today and work so hard is because I want to build them a better future.”
