SELF-proclaimed “Sawsawera Queen” RR Enriquez has weighed in on the ongoing issue between Andi Eigenmann and Philmar Alipayo.
In an Instagram post, Enriquez expressed her thoughts on boundaries in relationships, particularly concerning best friends of the opposite sex.
“Having a girl best friend or a guy best friend before you enter a relationship is acceptable for me, especially if they were friends before I came into the picture,” she said, referencing the friendship between Philmar and Swedish surfer Pernilla Sjoo.
However, she emphasized that boundaries should be respected once in a relationship. “Being in a relationship, you should know your boundaries with your girl or guy best friend. RESPECT is what it’s called for your partners,” Enriquez added.
She strongly criticized the matching tattoo shared between Philmar and Pernilla, calling it “disturbing and disrespectful.”
“C’mon! Where’s your common sense, Philmar? Ok lang sana if ginawa mo ‘yan nung wala pa si Andi sa buhay mo. Pero ngayon mo gagawin with your girl best friend? Ohh Emm Gee! Nasaan ang utak mo?” she said.
Enriquez also shared her thoughts on Andi’s reaction, suggesting that Andi, known for not being the jealous type, must have felt something was off, prompting her to post cryptic messages.
She then directed a message to Pernilla: “Girl, babae ka rin, impossible na hindi mo alam ang mararamdaman ni Andi having the same tattoo together… Pero feeling ko, dahil foreigner si girl, iba ang culture nila kaya iba siya mag-isip. Baka for her, the tattoo is just a symbol of their friendship, kaya ‘little bro’ pa nga ang sinabi niya sa post niya. But again, maling-mali for me ang ginawa nung Philmar and nung girl.”
