Kinumpirma ng dalawa ang kanilang hiwalayan ngayong Martes, Mayo 31, 2022, sa isang Facebook post ni Hernandez.
Ito umano ay matapos umamin ni Jason kay Moira na hindi siya naging tapat sa singer sa panahon na sila ay mag-asawa. Sa kanyang post, nag-sorry si Jason kay Moira dahil sa pagiging unfaithful nito.

Though my love for her has always been genuine, a few months ago, I confessed to Moira that I have been unfaithful to her during our marriage.
