INIHAYAG ng Partido Federal ng Pilipinas na gumastos ito ng P272 milyon para sa presidential campaign ng kanilang standard bearer na si Bongbong Marcos.
Ito ay matapos magsumite ang kampo ni Marcos ng Statement of Contribution and Expenditures (SOCE) sa Commission on Elections (Comelec).
Giit ni George Briones, general counsel ng PFP, mababa ito sa pinapayagang gastos para sa mga partidong politikal.
“The PFP spent P272 million by way of expenses in the last 2022 presidential campaign, which is well below the maximum expenditure of P337 million allowed by law for a national political party,” aniya sa kalatas.
“The PFP SOCE (Statement of Contribution and Expenditures) was signed and prepared by PFP National Treasurer Antonio Ernesto ‘Anton’ Lagdameo who was recently nominated as by President Elect Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. as his SAP or Special Assistant to the President,” dagdag ni Briones.
Sa June 8 ang deadline ng paghahain ng SOCE.
