IPATUTUPAD ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) ang 30 minutong heat stroke break para sa mga field personnel simula Abril 1.
Sa isang pahayag, sinabi ni MMDA Acting Chairman Romando Artes na pinimahan niya ang isang memorandum circular na muling nagpapatupad ng heat stroke break.
“This move is part of the agency’s efforts to prevent heat-related illness among our outdoor workers who brave the searing heat every day to fulfill their duties and responsibilities. Their safety is of paramount importance,” sabi ni Artes.
