MAGTUTURO sa College of Law sa West Visayas State University (WVSU) si First Lady si Louise “Liza” Araneta-Marcos.
Ayon kay Dr. Joselito Villaruz, presidente ng WVSU, Criminal Law 1 ang ituturo ni Araneta-Marcos sa unibersidad.
Sinabi ni Villaruz na nag-apply Unang Ginang bilang part-time faculty sa Juris Doctor program.
“The university is open to faculty applicants, and we accept applicants based on their credentials and qualifications. Perhaps Mrs. Marcos chose (WVSU) not only because it is a big, prestigious university, but also probably the reason why she applied to teach (because) her roots are from Iloilo also. Maybe she realized that she wanted to give back to her hometown,” paliwanag ni Villaruz.
Si Araneta-Marcos ay dating law professor sa Mariano Marcos State University, Saint Louis University, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, Northwestern University, at Far Eastern University.
Founding partner ng MOST (Marcos, Ochoa, Serapio, & Tan), kumuha siya ng Interdisciplinary Studies sa Ateneo de Manila University bago nag-aral sa Ateneo de Manila Law School. Mayroon din itong masteral units sa Criminal Procedure sa New York University.
Magsisimula siyang magturo sa pagsisimula ng klase sa August 15.
