Mike Defensor at Sagip party-list Rep. Rodante Marcoleta.
“Over the weekend, the FDA received several reports from social media, sa ating mga news outlet, pictures, report ng mga pasyente, and even professional groups showing that there may have been lapses or violations of the regulatory procedures,” ani FDA Director-General Eric Domingo.
“We do not recommend the use of Ivermectin for the prevention and treatment for Covid-19 as the benefits of this antiparasitic drug for this purpose has not been established,” sabi ng opisyal.
