PARANG bulkang sumabog si Shirley Kuan, ang manager ng aktres na si Bea Alonzo kaugnay sa mga pambu-bully umano rito ng beteranang show biz columnist at talent manager na si Lolit Solis.
Sa isang panayam, tinanong ni Kuan kung ano talaga ang problema ni Lolit kay Bea dahil nagsimula itong banatan ng kolumnista sa diyaryo at social media noon pang pumirma ng kontrata ang aktres sa GMA-7 noong 2021.
“All this barrage of vile and toxic attacks is totally unprovoked from our end,” giit ni Kuan.
Dagdag niya, lalo pang tumindi ang mga paninira ni Lolit kay Bea nang hindi ito imbitahan kasama pa ng dalawang show biz writer sa presscon ng ineendorsong produkto ni Bea na Beautederm ngayong taon.
Paliwanag ni Kuan, siya ang promotor kung bakit hindi inimbita ang grupo ni Lolit.
“I didn’t want them invited, the three of them. They’re in cahoots, they’re in a team, you know. It doesn’t take a genius to figure it out,” sey niya.
Dagdag niya: “Bea had nothing to do with it…It’s my job as a manager to protect her. No manager would throw his or her artist to the wolves in a presscon. You’re gonna be inviting negativity to a very positive launch pf a product that the client spent so much money on?”
Pero kahit ipinaalam na ng Beautederm kay Lolit na si Kuan ang nagpa-ban sa kanila sa presscon ay ayaw nitong maniwala at patuloy na sinisisi si Bea.
“Is it our problem that she wouldn’t accept the truth, that she couldn’t handle the truth?
What’s the problem?” sey pa ni Kuan.
Marami rin umano ang nagpayo kay Bea na humingi na lang ng paumanhin kay Lolit.
Pero hirit ni Shirley: “People are suggesting to Bea that she should apologize. For what? To apologize to a bully? The thing is, the bullies are the biggest cowards.”
