CONTENT creator Crist Briand has apologized after a now-deleted video showed him urinating on a wall with a campaign poster of Pastor Apollo Quiboloy’s Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) in Davao City.
“This morning I created content with the intention of general entertainment, but instead, it caused a lot of divisiveness. I am deeply sorry to Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, the KOJC team, those I have offended, and especially my family, who were stressed by what happened,” Briand said.
“This will be a learning experience for me and part of my growth as a content creator and entertainment vlogger,” he added.
Briand posted the video on Sunday, demonstrating how to urinate near the highway outside the KOJC premises.
Immediately after seeing the video, Atty. Israelito Torreon, Quiboloy’s legal counsel, said they would file criminal and civil cases against Briand, also known as Brader.
“Para sumikat lang, sisiraan at babalahurain ang iba, at iihian pa ang poster ni Pastor. Mahaba ang pasensya ni Pastor ACQ, pero ako mismo ang magpapaalam sa kanya na kasuhan ito—criminal case for grave oral defamation, offending religious feelings, violation of a city ordinance, at civil case for damages kahit P10 million lang,” Torreon said.
