Motovlogger Yanna hits back at critics, warns of legal action

EMBATTLED motovlogger Yanna Aguinaldo has threatened to file charges under the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (RA 10175) against netizens spreading false and malicious claims about her.

In a Facebook post, Aguinaldo confronted a netizen identified only as Elise, who allegedly claimed that her lifestyle is being funded by a “sugar daddy” who is a mayor.

“Miss Elise, gusto mo tumesting mapunta sa kangkungan? You tell me. Make sure afford mo legal fees ha?” she wrote.

“I don’t recall having a sugar daddy or a mayor to fund my sh*t when I’m still struggling?! Puro narcissists lang naging exes ko (pero borta),” she added.

Aguinaldo also cited a previous case: “Ask mo yung dating shop kung saan may cafe ako before. Isa sila sa tumesting na yan sa akin. Tanong mo kung nasaan sila ngayon.”

She continued, “I get that my image can be intimidating, it doesn’t mean I move like you. Don’t project things you actually do but still look like that.”

“Know that these are already strong evidences to file RA 10175 against you. It’s up to me when to pull the trigger,” she warned. “In short, dagdagan mo pa.”
