LTO orders Yanna to surrender driver’s license, motorcycle

THE Land Transportation Office (LTO) has ordered motorvlogger Alyanna Mari Aguinaldo—also known as Yanna Motovlog—to surrender her driver’s license and present her motorcycle for inspection in the next hearing on Thursday, May 8.

LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Vigor Mendoza II said the directive is part of the penalties imposed on Aguinaldo following her involvement in a road rage incident in Zambales.

“We imposed a 90-day preventive suspension on her driver’s license as part of the ongoing investigation into the incident. In light of her absence during the hearing, we mandated her, through her legal counsel, to surrender her driver’s license. That is for her own good,” Mendoza said.

During the LTO hearing on May 6, it was also revealed that the motorcycle Aguinaldo was riding during the incident is not registered under her name.

Aguinaldo did not attend the hearing, citing alleged threats to her safety.
