A SCENE from the pilot episode of “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre “went viral after netizens pointed out what appeared to be tire tracks on the sanddespite the show’s fantasy setting.
The scene, which featured original Sang’gre characters played by Kylie Padilla (Amihan), Sanya Lopez (Danaya), Gabbi Garcia (Alena), and Glaiza De Castro (Pirena), showed the heroines riding on horseback across a sandy landscape.
Content creator Adriel Paglinawan posted a screengrab with the caption, “Encantadia pero may bakas ng gulong ng mga 4×4,” noting what looked like tracks from a four-wheel-drive vehicle on the sand.
The post drew a wide range of reactions from viewers:
“Syempre dun nakasakay yung camera eh,” one joked.
“4-wheel horse carriage,” another said.
“Hindi man lang nag-effort mag-edit sa tire marks hehe,” read another comment.
Others came to the show’s defense, saying minor oversights shouldn’t take away from the show’s overall quality.
“Let’s appreciate how beautiful the production is,” one user wrote. “Small detail lang naman ‘yan.”
According to GMA Network, the pilot episode of Sang’gre outperformed its rival program, FPJ’s Batang Quiapo, in the ratings.
