HUMINGI ng paumanhin si Fr. Carlito Meim Dimaano, ang kura paroko ng Nuestra Senora del Pilar Shrine and Parish sa Occidental Mindoro kung saan nag-perform ang Kapuso star na si Julie Anne San Jose.
“I humbly ask for forgiveness from all those who were hurt from the mistakes witnessed at the Heavenly Harmony Concert held at the Nuestra Senora del Pilar Shrine and Parish on October 6, 2024,” ani Dimaano sa kalatas.
Inamin niya na hindi angkop ang isang pop concert sa loob ng simbahan.
“I admit that we made wrong decisions about this. I own all these mistakes. A Secular Concert took place inside the Church. I accept that it hurt the feelings of the believers. I apologize,” aniya.
Nagsori rin si Dimaano kay Julie sa dinanas nitong mga puna.
“I learned a lot from this incident. If only I could turn back time, I would have done this work that was dedicated to Mary correctly and purely. I promise this will never happen again,” dugtong ng pari.
