ACTRESS and singer Kakai Bautista took to social media to express her frustration over receiving unwanted calls and text messages from internet service provider Converge ICT Solutions Inc. while on a trip abroad.
In an exasperated post on X (formerly Twitter), Kakai wrote: “Pisti kayo @converge Fiber X @converge ICT. Tawag kayo ng tawag, nasa Europe pa lang ako!!!!!!! BAKIT BAAAAAAA?!!!!! Di ko na kailangan ng dagdag sakit ulo pa sa serbisyo niyong waley naman!!!!!”
Kakai said she has been getting charged roaming fees even if she does not answer the calls or respond to the text messages.
“Nacha-charge ang roaming ko kahit di ko sagutin ang tawag at texts nyo,” she added.
“Sino man dito makakabasa nito taga-Converge, please help. THANK YOU.”
Kakai has been touring Europe since May for both business and leisure. Her itinerary included stops in the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Denmark, and Spain.
As of writing, Converge has yet to respond publicly to her complaint.
