ONLINE defamation ang planong isampa ni Ian Veneracion laban sa isang writer-director na nagpakalat ukol sa umano’y P500,000 na talent fee ng aktor sa pagdalo sa piyesta sa Tarlac.
Ayon sa kampo ni Ian, malisyoso at isang panghihiya sa aktor ang ipinost sa Facebook ni Ronaldo Carballo.
“Rather than verifying the information, Mr. Carballo appears to have engaged in online behavior that undermines these principles, in an attempt to publicly humiliate our client and our team. Considering these developments, we are exploring legal options to address the online defamation by Mr. Carballo,” saad sa statement ng kampo ni Ian.
Dagdag nito, nilabag ni Carballo ang “strict policy of confidentiality and transparency” sa kanyang post.
“In managing our client’s professional engagements, we maintain a strict policy of confidentiality in all business dealings, ensuring transparency and respect both with clients and artists,” ayon pa rito nito.
Ipinunto rin ng kalatas ang mga mali sa ipinahayag ni Carballo.
“Contrary to the claims, we did not request any additional charges. Our terms were clear, especially regarding the hours required for the event, and at no point did we ask for a solo float,” sabi nito.
“For this particular event, our communication was with a friend of the coordinator, adding multiple layers to the negotiation process. This is not the typical direct line of communication we usually have with clients or their immediate representatives,” ayon pa rito.
Nang sinubukan nilang kausapin ukol sa mali-maling impormasyon, blinock sila ni Carballo sa social media.
Base post ni Carballo na nag-trending nitong Huwebes, kinukuha si Ian para dumalo sa Tarlac Festival na gaganapin sa January 28. Sasakay umano si Ian sa float, ipaparada siya sa Tarlac City at kakaway.
Sinabi umano ng road manager ni Ian na P500,000 ang talent fee ng aktor sa dalawang oras at kapag lumagpas ay may dagdag na itong P100,000 kada oras. Dapat din ay bayad na nang buo ang TF kapag sumampa sa float si Ian.
Maliban rito, nais din umano ng road manager na mag-isa lang sa float ang aktor.
Ayon kay Carballo, payag ang pamunuan ng Tarlac Festival sa talent fee ng aktor pero dismayado umano ito sa dagdag na P100,000 kapag lumagpas sa oras.
Dahil dito, inayawan na ng pamunuan si Ian at pinalitan ni Piolo Pascual.
