TATAKBO sa pagkamayor ang aktor na si Javier “Javi” Benitez, boyfriend ng aktres na si Sue Ramirez.
Ibinahagi ni Benitez ang isang video sa Instagram kung saan inanunsyo niya ang kanyang kandidatura bilang alkalde ng Victorias City sa Negros Occidental.
“I feel that my diverse experiences and exposure what make me confident that I can handle the upcoming task. Therefore, I am officially running for mayor of Victorias in 2022. My administration will be clean, efficient and inclusive,” aniya ng anak ni dating Negros Occidental Rep. Albee Benitez.
Naging bahagi si Benitez ng ABS-CBN Star Magic noong 2019.
Naging parte rin ito ng mga primetime series na “The General’s Daughter” at “Walang Hanggang Paalam.”
