NANGHIHINGI si dating Department of the Interior and Local Government Sec. Mar Roxas ng donasyon para sa mga biktima ng bagyong Agaton sa Capiz.
“Typhoon Agaton really hit us hard in Capiz. Thousands of evacuees, hundreds of homes destroyed, crops and fishponds wiped out,” ani Roxas sa Facebook nitong Huwebes.
“Any help you give is a God-send. No amount is too small – P50 = 1 kg rice plus dried fish or 3 delata or several noodle packs. Madamo gid nga salamat,” dagdag niya.
Sa bagong post sa FB, nagpapasalamat si Roxas sa mga nagbigay na ng tulong.
“Hi Everyone. I just want to say MADAMO GID NGA SALAMAT!…Thank you, thank you, thank you for your generosity, your selflessness, your pakikiisa sa mga kasimanwa sa Capiz,” aniya.
“As we end the day on the cusp of Good Friday, all of you are living proof that the Lord is already risen and in your hearts. We have raised more than P1 million and still counting. Be assured this will all be deployed with resibo,” pahayag niya.
Umaga ng Biyernes ay naka-order na ang mga otoridad ng 300 sako ng NFA rice.”Please wag kayo magsawa sa pakikiisa sa mga nasalanta,” sabi pa ng dating opisyal.
