TINAWAG na fake news ng kampo ni Vice President Sara Duterte ang paggamit umano nito ng helicopter mula sa 250th Presidential Airlift Wing para sa kanyang personal na lakad.
Sinabi ng tagapagsalita ni Duterte na si Reynold Munsayag na ginagamit lamang ito sa opisyal na biyahe ng Vice President at kung kinakailangan sa kanyang iskedyul.
“Sa history ng public service ni VP Sara, alam ng lahat ng mga nakasama niya sa trabaho na she is very efficient and she protects government resources at all times,” sabi ni Munsayac.
Nitong Martes ay na-bash nang husto si Duterte matapos mag-post ng litrato na nasa tabi ng helicopter habang bumabati kay Marcos sa ka-65 kaarawan nito.
Sa kanyang mensahe, sinabi ni Duterte na,
“Thank you, PBB, and your 250th PAW for ensuring that wherever I may be found in the country during the day, I am home in time to tuck my children to bed. Thank you for putting a premium on the desire of a working mother to be present in her children’s lives. I wish God’s favor upon you as you celebrate your birthday and pray that you are given the strength and wisdom for the difficult road ahead.”
Dahil dito, naniwala ang mga netizen na araw-araw ginagamit ni Duterte ang helicopter, kahit maging sa pag-uwi sa Davao City kung saan nakatira ang kanyang pamilya.
