DUMISTANSIYA pansamantala ang Malacanang sa naging desisyon ng Korte Suprema hinggil sa pagdedeklara nito na constitutional ang Anti-Terror Act maliban lang sa dalawang probisyon.
“We will refrain from issuing a statement until we have secured a copy of the latest Supreme Court decision on Republic Act Number 11479 or the Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020,” sabi ni Acting presidential spokesperson Karlo Nograles.
Idinagdag ni Nograles na pag-aaralan ng Office of the Executive Secretary ang desisyon para matukoy kung ano ang susunod na magiging hakbang ng Malacanang.
“We reiterate that Republic Act Number 11479 underscores our commitment to seriously address terrorism and to uphold the rule of law,” dagdag pa ni Nograles.
