PINIRMAHAN ni Pangulong Bongbong Marcos ang Executive Order (EO) No. 16 na nag-aapruba sa reorganisasyon ng Presidential Communications Office (PCO) na kasalukuyang pinamumunuan ni Secretary Cheloy Garafil.
Ipinalabas ang EO 16 matapos pirmahan noong Disyembre 2022 ang EO 11 na nag-oorganisa sa Office of the President (OP) at pinalitan ang Office of the Press Secretary (OPS) ng PCO.
Sa ilalim ng EO 16, bukod kay Garafil, magkakaroon ng limang undersecretary, 14 na assistant secretary at isa pang assistant secretary na direktang magrereport sa PCO Secretary.
Pamumunuan ng limang underscretary ang Traditional Media and External Affairs; Digital Media Services; Content Production; Broadcast Production at Operations, Administration and Finance.
Sa ilalim ng EO 16, ibabalik na ang ilang Government Owned and Controlled Corporations (GOCCs) na naunang inilagay sa ilalim ng OP, kabilang dito ang People’s Television Network, Inc., APO Production Unit, Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation, at National Printing Office na pangangasiwaan ng isang assistant secretary.
Nasa ilalim din ng PCO ang Presidential Broadcast Service-Bureau of Broadcast Services; Bureau of Communication Services; News and Information Bureau; Freedom of Information-Program Management Office; Philippine Information Agency; at Presidential Broadcast Staff-Radio Television Malacañang.
