NAGBABALA ang Korte Suprema sa sinoman ang nag-uudyok na gawan ng karahasan at maglalagay sa panganib sa buhay ng mga hukom at kanilang pamilya.
Sa kalatas na inisyu ng SC Public Information Office, pinag-usapan ng court en banc ang posibleng aksyon na gawin ng korte dahil sa pahayag na binitiwan ng isang Lorraine Badoy.
Ginawa ng Korte Suprema ang babala matapos i-red-tag ni dating NTF-ELCAC spokesperson na si Lorraine Badoy si Manila RTC Judge Marlo Magdoza-Malagar dahil sa pagbasura nito sa petisyon ng Department of Justice na ideklarang terorista ang Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army.
“The Court STERNLY WARNS those who continue to incite violence through social media and other means which endanger the lives of judges and their families, and that this SHALL LIKEWISE BE CONSIDERED A CONTEMPT OF THIS COURT and will be dealt with accordingly,” ayon sa Supreme Court.
