NANINIWALA si Senador Jinggoy Estrada na may pag-asa pa ang kanyang kaso dahil hindi pa naman pinal ang desisyon na binitiwan ng Sandiganbay Fifth Division.
Sa ambush interview matapos ang pagbasa ng desisyon sa kanya, sinabi ni Estrada na “appealable” o maaari pang maiapela ang kanyang kaso.
“Well, nothing is final, that is appealable. We will file the necessary motion for reconsideration before the Sandiganbayan. I will instruct all my lawyers to exhaust all legal options, all legal remedies,” pahayag ng senador.
Ikinatuwa naman niya na abswelto siya sa kasong plunder.

“I have been exonerated of plunder and I will ask my lawyers to exhaust all legal remedies, all legal options available to me. But I still believe in our justice system,” dagdag pa nito.
Samantala, nanawagan si Senador JV Ejercito sa lahat na irespeto ang desisyon ng korte hinggil sa kaso ng kanyang kapatid sa ama.
“The Sandiganbayan has handed down its verdict. I urge everyone to respect the wisdom and fairness of our justice system. Our justice system, despite its imperfection, is there to maintain law and order, protect our rights, and provide justice,” pahayag ni Ejercito.
“I am sure that his (Jinggoy) legal team will exhaust all legal remedies on those cases he was convicted for. I wish him well and will continue to pray for Senator Jinggoy Estrada and his family,” dagdag pa nito.
