MULING bumanat si Pangulong Duterte kay Sen. Richard Gordon sa harap naman ng ginagawang imbestigasyon ng Senate blue ribbon committee sa umano’y overpriced na PPEs na binili ng pamahalaan.
“Gordon, are you really —investigation in aid of legislation or in aid of your personal political interest?” sabi Duterte sa kanyang Talk to the People.
Kinuwestiyon ni Duterte ang pagiging chairman ni Gordon ng Philippine Red Cross (PRC).
“Alam mo kasi if Red Cross is also a government agency, tapos member ka ng Congress, tumatakbo ka rin at nanalo ka, and you are holding the Red Cross, you are the top honcho there and being a senator and at the same time, eh medyo malabo yata ‘yang ginagawa mo,” ayon kay Duterte.
