IDINAMAY ni Pangulong Duterte sina Senator Leila De Lúima at dating Interior Secretary Mar Roxas sa isyu ng Commission on Audit (COA) sa pagsasabing hanggang ngayon ay meron pa silang unliquidated cash advances.
Sa kanyang Talk to the People Martes ng gabi, sinabi ni Duterte na aabot sa P617. 44 milyon ang unliquidated cash advances ni De Lima at P7 bilyon naman ang kay Roxas.
“Mayroon dito ha agency, DOJ, under Secretary Leila De Lima, unliquidated [P617.44] million worth of cash advance in the year 2013. Itong kay Duque, bibili. Itong kay De Lima, nag-cash advance ng 617.44 million, unliquidated. Nakulong na lang ang g***, hindi niya ma-account itong ano. Tapos sabi nila nag-press release na na-liquidate na raw,” sabi ni Dututerte.
“DILG, unliquidated 7 billion worth of fund transfers to various projects implemented under the term of former DILG Secretary Mar Roxas as of December 31, 2014. Receivables account accumulated to a huge amount of P740 billion because management failed to monitor the liquidations of the fund transfer and the submission of the corresponding financial report.
