PINALAGAN ni vice presidential candidate at Senate President Tito Sotto ang isang ulat na nagsasabi na inendorso na ng Nationalist People’s Coalition ang tambalang Ferdinand Marcos Jr. at Sara Duterte.
Si Sotto ang chairman ng NPC na itinayo naman ng yumaong negosyanteng si Danding Cojuangco Jr.
Sa isang tweet, galit na galit na sinita ni Sotto ang Manila Bulletin dahil sa report nitong “Leaders of NPC in Tarlac endorse Marcos, Duterte”.
“The Manila Bulletin report re NPC is completely false! Mahiya naman kayo!” ayon kay Sotto sa kanyang tweet.
Base sa report, inendorso na umano ng mga lokal na lider ng Tarlac ang tambalang Marcos-Duterte matapos ang isinagawang meet-and-greet ng mag-tandem sa mga pinunong lokal na inorganisa ni Tarlac governor Susan Yap at kapatid na Tarlac Rep. Victor Yap.
