TALIWAS sa naging anunsyo ni Vice presidential bet Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte, sinabi ng kampo ni dating Senador Bongbong Marcos Jr. na hindi pa pasok ang aktor na si Robin Padilla sa kanilang senatorial lineup.
Ayon sa tagapagsalita ni presidential candidate at dating Senador Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. na si Atty. Vic Rodriguez, nananatiling 11 pa rin ang senatorial candidates sa ilalim ng UniTeam, at hindi kasama rito si Padilla.
“The UniTeam only has eleven senatorial candidates. Mr. Robin Padilla belongs to another party and he has yet to be officially made part of our senatorial bets,” ayon kay Rodriguez sa isang kalatas.
Gayunman, maaari naman umanong sumali si Padilla sa kanilang mga event bilang “guest candidate”.
“But as what BBM (Marcos) has said, he may join our event as guest and friend of the UniTeam,” dagdag nito.
Nitong Miyerkules, sa grand rally ng UniTeam sa Ilocos Norte, sinabi ni Duterte na meron na silang 12 kandidato sa pagkasenador.
