HINDI nag-comply si dating Senador at ngayon ay presidential aspirant Bongbong Marcos Jr. sa kautusan ng korte na magbayad matapos ma-convict dahil sa hindi pagpa-file ng income tax returns noong 1997.
Sa certification na inisyu ng Office of the Clerk of Court of the Quezon City Regional Trial Court (RTC), walang rekord si Marcos sa korte na nagpapatunay na nagbayad ito ng kanyang fine dahil sa tax evasion case na iniutos ng Court of Appeals.
“This is to certify that, per verification with the records on file, this office has no record of any compliance/payment of fine of Criminal cases nos. Q-91-24390, Q-91-24391, Q-91-29212 to Q-91-29217 (People v. Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.),” ayon sa certification na may date na December 14, 2021.
Una nang naglabas ng sertipikasyon ang Quezon City RTC branch 105 noong Disyembre 2 hinggil din sa nasabing kautusan ng CA noong 1997.
