PORMAN na sinampahan ng kasong cyber libel ng National Bureau of Investigation ang talent manager na si Annabelle Rama-Gutierrez sa Las Piñas City Prosecutor’s Office kaugnay ng reklamo ng dating aide ni Sen. Manny Pacquiao na si Jayke Joson.
Ayon sa NBI, may merito ang reklamo na isinampa ni Joson na tinawag umanong magnanakaw ni Annabelle sa social media.
“The NBI formally wrapped up its probe and recommended to file cyber libel raps against Annabelle Rama in Las Piñas City Prosecutors Office,” ani Joson, ang first nominee of Frontliners Ang Bida Party-list,
“I pursue this case to fight a bully and a spreader of fake news,” dagdag niya.
“These people who act like trolls like Annabelle Rama are creating fake news to discredit the name of a person for personal gain. It’s becoming a national issue and later on became part of the Presidential candidates’ interviews. (We have) to stop the disinformation and hold these people accountable,” aniya pa.
“Any people nor any individual behind any fabricated lies must go to jail and be persecuted. I believe our law enforcements like the NBI and PNP are coming for them,” babala pa ni Joson.
