NAGBABALA si Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire na posibleng umabot sa 11,000 kada araw ang mga kaso ng coronavirus disease (Covid-19) sa bansa sa katapusan ng Hulyo sa harap ng patuloy na pagdami ng tinatamaan ng virus.
“Based on the projections it is as low as 1,800 cases nationally and as high as 11,000 cases nationally,” sabi ni Vergeire.
Idinagdag ni Vergeire na inaasahang tataas ang mga maoospital sa huling linggo ng Agosto o sa unang bahagi ng Setyembre.
“Towards the end of August and the start of September, we might be seeing increase in hospitalization. The updated projections would state that the peak would be by the end of this July,” aniya.
