Risa Hontiveros, chair ng Senate Committee on Women, Children, Family Relations and Gender Equality.
Mababasa sa subpoena ad testificandum na, “You are hereby commanded and required before the Senate, then and there to testify under the oath on what you know relative to the subject matter under the inquiry by the said committee on the date, time and place under hereunder indicated.”
“The allegations against Mr. Quiboloy and the KOJC are deeply troubling,” ani Caritas Philippines president Bishop Jose Colin Bagaforo.
“Human trafficking, sexual abuse, and other criminal activities, if proven true, represent a grave violation of human rights and fundamental dignity, especially impacting women, children, and other vulnerable individuals,” dagdag niya.
Ayon kay Bagaforo, obispo ng Diocese of Kidapawan City, kailangang humarap ni Quiboloy sa otoridad “not just for the sake of transparency, but for the victims who deserve justice.”
“[Likewise], the Senate “must assert its authority and ensure a thorough and impartial investigation into these allegations.”
