FL Liza urges public to join Independence Day celebration

FIRST Lady Liza Marcos has invited the public to join in the celebration of the 126th Independence Day.

In a Facebook post, the First Lady assured that there will be joy and festivity for all, including the Independence Day Parade.

The parade will feature twenty-two floats, with participation from various provinces. Following the parade, the group Bini is set to perform in a concert expected to take place in the evening.

Some of Bini’s well-known songs, especially popular among the youth, include “Salamin, Salamin,” “Pantropiko,” “Coconut Nut,” and many more.

As of Monday, June 10, several programs related to the 126th Independence Day celebration have already commenced, including a cooking competition featuring famous national dishes known around the world. (GP)
