INAPRUBAHAN ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) ang early retirement ng spokesperson nito na si James Jimenez.
Inihayag ni Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia nitong Sabado na inaprubahan ng Commission En Banc ang kahilingan ni Jimenez na makapagretiro nang magaa.
“This effectively grants Dir. Jimenez’ intent to avail of the optional retirement,” sinabi ni Garcia.
Epektibo ang retirement ni Jimenez bilang Director IV ng Education and Information Department (EID) sa Setyembre 15, 2022.
“The whole Comelec family expresses its gratitude and appreciation to Dir. Jimenez for his long exemplary service to the Nation through the Commission,” ayon kay Garcia.
“We wish him all the best as he embarks on this new chapter in his life,” dagdag pa niya.
Kasalukuyan pa ring naghahanap ang komisyon ng kapalit ni Jimenez, ayon kay Garcia.
