ISINIWALAT ng aktres na si Bea Alonzo na hindi siya ang ugat ng hiwalayan nila ng fiance na si Dominic Roque.
Sa isang panayam, sinabi ni Bea na kailangan niyang magsalita upang matigil na ang mga haka-haka na siya ang dahilan kung bakit hindi natuloy ang nakatakdang kasal nila ni Dominic.
“That’s false Hindi ako ‘yung nakipag-break,” ani Bea.
Maliban dito, wala na siyang ibinigay pang detalye.
“Pero huwag na nating pag-usapan iyon. Let’s leave it in the past. It’s amicable. OK naman kami. I think it will be disrespectful to the relationship and to the other person to talk about it,” sambit ni Bea.
“It’s a very sensitive topic. And gusto kong bigyang ng respeto at gusto kong iwan sa magandang paraan what we had,” dagdag niya.
Gayunman, inamin ng aktres na nasaktan siya sa maling kuwento sa breakup nila ng aktor.
“Doon ako naapektuhan kasi maraming nag-spread ng false narrative about my life. When you’re going through some difficulty, and you have other people narrating it for you in a different way, very different from the way you see it, and very different from the truth, sobrang sakit niya,” paliwanag ni Bea.
“It affects you kasi you want to go through something silently like a huge heartbreak. But it’s another thing when you go through it in front of the public na iba ‘yung narrative,” wika pa niya.
Ano ang natutuhan niya rito?
“Definitely maraming learning. I am more adaptable to change. Sometimes, you have to let things flow, like things that are not meant for you or that are not permanent. But then you have to flow with it. Sabi nga nila, you cannot have what you don’t have. Sabi nga nila, how can you love somebody else if you don’t love yourself?”
Maaalala na noong February ay inanusyo muna ni Boy Abunda sa kanyang programa ang breakup nina Bea at Dominic bago nag-isyu ng kanilang pahayag ang dalawa.
