HINDI ikinakahiya ni Mary Josephine Paaske, ang Miss Universe Philippines-Talisay, Cebu, na isang barongbarong ang tahanan ng kanyang pamilya.
“I began to dream in this house, and now more than ever, one dream at a time. I can make it for the Universe,” aniya sa Facebook post.
Ayon kay Paaske, simple man ang kanilang, marami namang magagandang aalala siya rito.
“Currently our house is made of light marterials… but I have many stories to tell from our house that has empowered me as a woman now. We share it with our extended family, finding comfort and support together amidst adversities,” pahayag ni Paaske.
“For now I will continue to work hard and, above all, pray to reach for this dream. Our house may not be the best, but it is a home filled with hope, aspirations and love,” dagdag ng kandidata.
