INIHAYAG ni Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman na nagpalabas na ng P11.6 bilyon para pondohan ang Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) ng 920,073 mga guro at iba pang kawani ng Department of Education (DepEd) mula sa elementarya at high school.
“The DBM stands with our nation’s educators and recognizes their extraordinary work. Bilin po sa amin ni Pangulong BBM na huwag silang pabayaan. That is why we are one with our teachers in the pursuit of the immediate release of their PBB,” sabi ni Pangandaman.
Ayon sa DBM nakapagpabas na ng Special Allotment Release Orders (SAROs) at Notice of Cash Allocations (NCAs) ang 16 na regional offices nito para sa PBB ng DepEd noong 2021.
