FAIR weather with isolated rain showers will prevail over most parts of the country, the weather bureau said Wednesday.
“The low pressure area that we are monitoring already dissipated. The tropical cyclone outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility is unlikely to enter,” Aldczar Aurelio of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
He, however, said the northeasterly surface wind flow affecting extreme Northern Luzon would bring isolated light rains over Batanes and Babuyan Islands.
“The rest of the country will have fair weather,” he said, adding that isolated rain showers are likely due to localized thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will continue to prevail across the archipelago. (PNA)
