INANUNSYO ng Malacanang na mananatiling suspendido ang pasok sa mga government offices at klase sa lahat ng antas sa Luzon, pampubliko at pribado, ngayong Biyernes, Oktubre 25, dahil sa patuloy na hagupit na nararanasan ng rehiyon dulot ng bagyong Kristine.
Inialabas ng Palasyo ang order Huwebes ng gabi habang binabayo ni “Kristine” ang maraming lugar sa bansa na nagdulot rin ng malawakang pagbaha.
“Due to the raising of Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal Nos. 1, 2 and 3 in most areas of Luzon in view of the persistent intense rainfall and strong winds brought about by Severe Tropical Storm ‘Kristine,’ to further aid in the rescue, relief, and recovery efforts of the government, and upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, work in government offices and classes at all levels in Luzon are hereby suspended on 25 October 2024,” ayon sa kalatas na ipinalabas ng tanggapan ng Executive Secretary (OES).
Ipinauubaya na sa mga lokal na pamahalaan sa labas ng Luzon ang pagsususpinde ng pasok sa eskwela at trabaho.
