A WOMAN identified as Maria Fe Ocampo, the mother of actress and vlogger Zeinab Harake, claimed she was not allowed to attend her daughter’s wedding to basketball player Ray Parks Jr. in Tagaytay on June 1.
In screenshots of a conversation that circulated on social media, Ocampo responded to questions about her absence at the event.
“Ano pa gagawin ko, di po ako pinasok sa gate? Naka-ban po ako, mahigpit na bilin ni Zeinab sa mga coordinator, sa head guard at sa guard po. Kaya uwi na lang po ako,” she said in a message.
“Ano gagawin ko, pilitin yung guard? Nakipag-usap na nga po sa coordinator sa loob yung guard. ‘Di po talaga papapasukin—mother ni Zeinab. ‘Yun po utos ni Zeinab sa kanila. Okey na po ba?” she added.
Zeinab has yet to issue a statement addressing the claims.
