HOSTS of “It’s Showtime” were taken aback when a contestant in the “Sexy Babe” segment admitted having no knowledge about the Commission on Elections (Comelec).
During the Q&A portion, Vice Ganda asked, “Ano ang mensahe mo sa Comelec?”
The contestant responded, “Sorry po, hindi po ako masyadong knowledgeable about sa Comelec.”
Surprised, Vice Ganda asked her age, to which she replied, “20 po.” This prompted the comedian to react, “Oh my gosh, that is bothersome.”
Co-host Kim Chiu followed up, “Hindi ka ba bumoboto?” The contestant answered, “Hindi pa po.”
Vice Ganda pressed further, asking if she had ever heard of Comelec through television or social media. The contestant admitted, “Wala po kaming TV… Hindi din kasi lumilitaw sa newsfeed ko.”
Vice Ganda then questioned, “So sinong may kasalanan na hindi ka informed?”
