IBINASURA Pasay City RTC Branch 112 ang syndicated estafa na inihain laban sa aktres na si Neri Naig kaugnay sa Dermacare issue.
Ito ang isiniwalat ngayong Martes ng abogado ni Neri na si Aureli Sinsuat.
“We thank the courts for clearing the name of Neri Miranda, who has unmistakably been falsely accused of wrongdoing in the Dermacare case,” ayon sa abogado.
“We hope that this issue will be put to rest as regards to Neri, so that instrumentalities of the law can focus on bringing the true perpetrators of the Dermacare scam to justice.”
Inaresto si Neri noong isang taon dahil sa kasong estafa at diumano’y paglabag sa Securities Regulation Code.
Inakusahan siya nang pang-eengganyo sa mga indibidwal na mag-invest sa isang skin care company na hindi naman otorisdadong mag-solicit ng investments mula sa publiko base sa kalakaran ng Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
