STAR MAGIC came to the defense of actress and “It’s Showtime” host Kim Chiu after a basher hurled insults at her and even asked for her address so he could shoot her.
The ABS-CBN talent arm released screenshots of the comments, where the basher wrote: “Give me an address p*ssy.” He followed it with: “You want to die like the flooding happening P**NG IN* mu give me your address para mabaril kita.”
It was unclear what triggered the basher’s anger or what issue he had with Chiu.
Star Magic said it would not let the threat pass and stressed that the behavior could lead to legal consequences.
“Star Magic does not tolerate threats, derogatory remarks, and other personal attacks made online against our artists. These acts have serious and damaging consequences and we will take legal action, if necessary,” the management said.
