“Moving during pregnancy prepares me for birth and allows me to bounce back quicker post-natal. Modified SRT, Pilates and strength training on rotation — working out 4-5 times a week — have all been helping me feel a semblance of ownership of my body in spite of all the changes and beautiful things going on inside of me,” caption niya sa Instagram clip.
“Doing all of this has helped me stay kind to myself knowing that I’m doing my part in making sure I’m healthy and ready for this bb and next chapter. The biggest I’ve been for sure but also the happiest and kindest I’ve been to myself,” dagdag niya.
