COMEDIENNE Pokwang has issued a warning against a social media page using photos of a house to scam people looking for vacation rentals.
In an Instagram post, Pokwang shared images of a poolside area along with a strong caution to her followers.
“SCAMMER ALERT!!! Wala pong ganitong resort sa Antipolo! Mag-ingat po kayo, SCAM PO ITO!!” she wrote.
She did not clarify whether the house in the photos belonged to her or if she had personally fallen victim to the scam.
Pokwang also urged the public to be vigilant when booking accommodations online to avoid being deceived by fraudulent listings.
