ACTOR Paolo Contis continued mending ties with former partner Lian Paz as he joined her birthday dinner with her husband, John Cabahug.
In his Instagram Stories, Paolo shared a photo from the dinner and wrote, “Dati kami ay magka-laban-laban! Salamat sa inyo ni John, ngayon ako ay nakaka-bawi-bawi! God bless your heart, Lian,” as he tagged the couple.
Lian reposted the photo and echoed the joke, referencing the SexBomb hit “Bakit Papa?” “Hindi na laban-laban. Bawi-bawi na this time!” she said.
The dinner comes days after Paolo’s appearance on Fast Talk With Boy Abunda, where he said his relationship with Paz and Cabahug has fully healed.
“It was a very long process… hindi siya nahilaw, hinog na hinog na,” he told Abunda. “With Lian and John, hindi kami civil. Friends kami.”
Paolo reunited with Lian, John, and their daughters Xylene and Xonia last August, promising “constant communication.” Since then, he has been regularly spending time with his children, from attending the Blackpink concert to bringing John and Xylene to a Bubble Gang taping.
