“QUEEN of All Media” Kris Aquino fired back at those accusing her of using taxpayers’ money to fund her luxurious lifestyle, warning that she will “haunt” anyone who spreads such lies.
In a Facebook post on Sunday, Kris denied the allegations and clarified that she has never held public office nor been married to anyone in government. “The money that paid for that bag came from work and it’s 100% tax paid,” she said, referring to a 2019 video that resurfaced online showing her carrying a luxury bag.
“If you think reuploading this video will hurt me and the perception of the people about me, you are missing the point,” she added. “Lay off me because mumultuhin kita although medyo malayo ka na sa listahan ng mga may atraso sa kin and yet I turned the other cheek.
Kria also addressed recurring death hoaxes about her. “Sa lahat ng mga manghuhula na nagsasabing malapit na kong mamatay or yung mga nagbalita na patay na ko. Alam ko you need to make money but this is a cheap way to do it,” she wrote.
